Senior Care Assistant Overview: Our Senior Care Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care. They inspire and support our care team to be person-centred in their approach, providing guidance, training, and mentoring. In addition to working alongside our Care Team as a role model, they also support external multi-disciplinary team visits and help create new care plans and conduct assessments.
Our Senior Care Assistants also play a key role in updating resident care plans, communicating updates to the Care Team Leader, and organising GP/hospital and other external visits. Their dedication and passion for providing exceptional care make a significant impact on the quality of life of our residents.
