Graduate Accountant

Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Graduate Accountant on a permanent, full-time basis, located in the County of Gwynedd, North Wales.

Working within a local Accountancy practice, the successful applicant will develop essential experience and receive training to advance your career in Accountancy and Finance. This is an exciting new opportunity and ideal for a Graduate with an Accountancy-related degree, or an applicant with an AAT Level 4 qualification.

Salary: 22,000 - 27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role:
- Working with a variety of local personal and business clients to provide accountancy services
- Training alongside experienced and qualified accountants
- Accounts preparation and filing of relevant documentation
- Assisting with services such as corporate finance, VAT, tax planning, self assessments, etc.
- Carrying out bookkeeping tasks completing journals and ledgers
- Using accounting software packages such as Quickbooks, Sage, and Xero
- Assisting with reviewing and planning tax processes

The Ideal Candidate:
- Graduate with an Accountancy-related Degree or AAT Level 4
- Effective communicator with colleagues and clients
- Excellent numerical and accountancy skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Quick learner with motivation to develop skills
