Zip World is the ultimate adventure destination. Home to the world's fastest zip line, the UK’s first alpine coaster, and the UK's only subterranean net adventure, Zip World is committed to providing the most unique and thrilling adventures – from check-in to touch down.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily visual vehicle checks prior to use
• Drive a truck of people up to the top zip line
• Assist with safety briefs of riders prior to the adventure
• Loading and unloading trolleys and equipment
• Drive customers on Tour using a pre-written tour briefly to present main points to customers

Essential Requirements and skills:

• Shortlisted applicants will be required to pass a training and assessment session
• Have exceptionally high regard for safety
• Be diligent and conscientious
• Experience working with members of the public and ability to communicate clearly
• Customer service
• Able to follow strict procedures consistently and repeatedly
• Able to communicate and consult with and report to Senior Instructors and General Manager
• Able to work alone using own initiative
• Participation in staff meetings as required
• Flexible with the ability to work shifts between the hours of 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday

Desirable:

• Experience of working within a seasonal staffing environment
• Experience in working across multiple sites
• Welsh-speaking
